Tarpy’s Roadhouse offers a full-service banquet department. There are three private rooms as well as three semi-private rooms to choose from when planning your special event or function. Some rooms are subject to a room fee. We also have available the latest Multi-Media tools to add polish to your event!
The Tack Room
The Tack Room, a private room named for its prior tack equipment use, is a perfect location for small gatherings, or a business meeting for up to16 people.
The Shell Room
The Shell Room, named for the whimsical shell fireplace made for Opal Ryan by her father, looks out on the outdoor patio. This room accommodates up to 24 people and is semi-private.
The Vintner's Room
Our newest addition is a private room, which seats up to 32 people. Large windows overlook the picturesque gardens and wishing well. The Vintner's Room includes a display of some of the area's best wines. It can also be combined with Sarah’s Room to accommodate up to 60 people.
Sarah’s Room, named for Sarah Nicholson, is a semi-private room,which seats up to 30 people, can be combined with the Vintners Room for larger parties.
The Front Porch
Arched seating area overlooking the wishing well and the front gardens. Semi-private it seats about 26 guests and can be used in combination with The Living Room and Sara's Room. Although outside, it can been closed and has heaters.
Our beautiful, landscaped courtyard is a wonderful spot for cocktail parties, weddings, sunny luncheons or dining under the stars. Maximum seating is 80. Maximum standing, capacity is 150. There is a minimum total expenditure and/or set up fee for exclusive use of the patio. Some time restrictions may apply.
Perfect for sit-down parties of up to 80 people and cocktail parties or,stand-up receptions for up to 120 people. With a fireplace, bookshelves, great art and a private garden patio, you will have everything you need to make your event a great success. Start your evening off with cocktails and appetizers on the patio before retreating to the warmth of the fire-lit Library for dinner. Or, consider how successful your business meeting or seminar will be with our great food and beautiful room. Besides dinner meetings, we can offer continental breakfast and lunch for full day seminars, complete with audio-visual equipment. Some time restrictions may apply. The patio is the perfect area to mingle before or during your event. The beautiful outdoor terrace is also great for a small ceremony or a live DJ and dancing!
