Crispy rice paper provides a delicate yet satisfying crunch, forming the perfect base for a savory blend of blue crab, artichokes, and parsley. This trio of fresh ingredients rests on a nest of mixed greens, kissed with a lemon garlic dressing that brightens every bite. Garnished with vibrant red tobiko and a silky drizzle of coriander aioli, this creation brings a fresh, ocean-inspired elegance to the plate.
