Billed as “a celebration of California’s musical diversity,” this year’s lineup includes an eclectic mix of artists, including Dirty Heads, Sublime With Rome, SOJA, Atmosphere, and many more.

The live performances will be accompanied by jam sessions on the beach, boat parties, poolside DJ sets, snorkeling excursions, and much more.

Complementing the music seminars are topics that range from sustainable living practices to discussions about environmental policy in the state.

Taking place at Monterey County Fairgrounds, you can enjoy your favorite live band while sipping a craft cocktail served up by local bartenders from Monterey and Pacific Grove.

Cali Roots is an official benefit project of the California Student Sustainability Coalition, whose mission is “to provide resources and opportunities to help students become leaders for sustainable practices.”

Cali Roots is considered more than just another music festival by its attendees because there are so many things for patrons to do throughout the day.

Attendees can expect delicious food, cocktails, live music all day long with workshops on yoga, cooking lessons with vegan chefs from around California that will educate you about healthy eating habits.

Proceeds from this event go to local non-profit environmental organizations.
